Zone 5 Meeting of District 308-A2 cum “Essay Contest of Visually Impaired Students”
4 Lions Clubs of Zone 5 in Lions Club International District 308-A2 successfully held and attended the 4th District Governor Advisory Meeting at Tanahmas Hotel. Urged by Zone 5 Chairperson Lion Betty Wong, the members of all 4 Lions Clubs [LC Sibu Pahlawan, LC Kapit, LC Sibu Berjaya and LC Sungai Merah] actively participated.
All 4 Lions Clubs jointly organized an themed before the Meeting.
The Cabinet Secretary Lion Eric Yee, Cabinet Treasurer Peter Goh, Region 2 Chairperson Evelyn Biju and members of District 381 Lions Club of Le Shan actively participated.
The duration of the contest is 45 minutes and after the judging, Ling Sie Ting from SMK Tiong Hin [representing LC Sungai Merah] was awarded the champion, Kelvin Chiew from SJK Sacred Heart [representing LC Sungai Merah] was awarded the 1stnd Runner Up.
